Question: What should I do now!?!?
I just calculated my BMI and I am only in the second percentile so I'm like underweight I'm fourteen 106 pounds and five nine and a half!. Should I try to gain weight!?!?!? Please help me asap!. We have to do a BMI thing at school and I don't want to be the skinny one that every one calls anorexicWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't forget to eat! Always eat when you're hungry till you're content!. Keep some granola bars (look in the cereal aisle, or Trader Joe's, or any health food store!. There are some YUMMY ones!) Keep them in your backpack along with bananas!. Eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner!. Never go to sleep hungry!. Drink lots of OJ, and cranberry juice or ANY juice that you like!. Eat lots of pasta, potato salad, sub sandwiches, PROTEIN (meat, cheese, chicken, eggs, nuts) whatever you really like! Ice cream!! YUM!
The most important thing is not to forget to eat when you're hungry!. You should try to gain 30 pounds, and then LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!. If you want to gain more, keep on eating! You are one lucky girl! I hope you love to eat!

you might want to gain weight, but do it in a healthy way!. Eat plenty of protein and include plenty of carbohydrates as well!. Do not try to gain weight with a bunch of fatty foods!. Remember you wanna gain weight but not fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
