Need help losing FAT! Im 16, 6'1'' 200lbs?

Hi, I desprately need help losing my stubborn fat. I know Im overweight, by alot, so i would be grateful for some help. I play badminton every weekend for about 3 hours and thats the most exercise i get... I do push ups and sit ups at night, but only my chest muscles seems to be growing, my belly fat is really stiff when i pinch it not soft like some of my other friends. I dont see any lose in stomach fat. Also i dont know how to workout my side fat off either.

Please help, any would be appreciated. Thanks.


Answers:

Jog/walk and/or swim for about 30 minutes for cardio. They help burn fat, and keep up with the sit ups. Also try to eat better and follow the food pyramid. Cut any type of sodas from your diet.
