Guilt factor... diet/exercise?!


Question: Guilt factor!.!.!. diet/exercise!?
Today I was going to go mountain biking to get my exercise, for probably 2 hours!. This is a regular thing for me!. But I was feeling really listless and tired and grumpy, so I didn't!. I also ate some pizza today, and I felt really guilty!. Should I be feeling guilty!.!.!.!.!? any way to correct this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a journal of your successes and mistakes!. You will see over time that there are more successes!. Don't beat yourself up over the odd bad day!. Look at the big picture!. If you normally get lots of exercise and eat well, over a span of a few years, will it make a difference if you had a bad day here and there!? NO!

Just get back on track tomorrow!. Negative thoughts will sabotage you every time!. Give yourself credit for all the good things and forgive yourself your mistakes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
