Lost weight eating....?!


Question: Lost weight eating!.!.!.!.!?
has anyone lost weight eating only fruit, steamed veggies, protein [ chicken and egg whites] and salads!?
i will be workingout 6 days a week, mostly cardio!.

i read that you can lose weight easily by eating protein and veggies!.

cancel out carbs, sugar, dairy, ice cream, cookies, mcdanalds, all that crap!

i want to lose just 15 pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I lost 85 pounds that way, and that is actually the way you should be eating 95% of the time! Add low-fat dairy products, such as skim milk or low-fat yogurt!. Save "all the crap" (your words) for special times or for irregular splurges in small amounts!. Stick with your workout routine but add strength training and some stretching such as yoga!. Yea thats extremely realistic!. But losing weight comes from burning more calories then u eat, creating a "calorie deficit!." You dont need to cancel carbs though, your bodu needs them for energy!. It also helps the brain function and wont make you cranky like no carb diets do!. The best method is to eat "starchy carbs" before 2 pm, like oatmeal, wheat bread, wheat pasta, brown rice, etc etc and all carbs after 2 p!.m!. should come from veggies!. This way your body will have time to burn off all the starchy carbs you ate earlier in the day and will also fuel your body with energy throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going to loose interest in your weight loss real fast with a boring diet like that!. Veggies are an excellent way to fill yourself up on so you don't go nuts eating junk food, but believe it or not you can eat anything you want on the weight watchers plan!. YES!! that is like the best way to lose weight!. very healthy and good for you!. and eating veggies is an excellent idea!. when it comes to some veggies like lettuce and celery, you actually LOSE weight while eating them bc you burn off more calories eating them by chewing than the calories they contain!. excellent diet and i know it will work!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you consume 20g or less a day of carbs you should see weight loss!. Your body goes into ketosis where is uses fat as fuel rather then carbs!.
Just remember to balance out your diet and not load up on too much meat!.
Drink at least 2 liters of water a day also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat steamed veggies so much, if u have fresh ones u lose the weight faster because your body needs to burn it!. cold water works good too ALOTT of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically this would consider you to lose weight, but if your planning to work out at the same time, you should eat a sufficient amount of carbohydrates to prevent exhaustion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
