HELP!! how to lose weight in 2 weeks..URGENT!!!!?
okey well..im going to the beach in exactly 2 weeks. Im fat for my age and i want to atleast lose 20 lbs or 10 lbs.
im having for breakfast a glass of water,special K cereal with one cup of milk,and a yougurt. then i go off for a 1 hour jog. then for the afternoon i have brocoli. then again i go for another walk. i have been doing this for 2 days now and i dont see any changes....PLEASE help me..am i doing something wrong?? what else do i have to do to have a sexy body lol. im 166 lbs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEE help!!

Continue sticking with your healthy diet. Exercise more often, but don't over-do it. It's unhealthy and can cause more pain than gain. 20lbs is a lot to lose in a matter of 14 days. You should at most lose 2-3 pounds a week. Losing weight isn't an overnight result. It takes times anywhere from a few weeks to even a few years. There's one alternative I have. It's called "water fasting" which can help you lose roughly a pound a day. However, it's quite unhealthy to do so. You need a relaxed body and a clear mind freed from stress. Basically water fasting is going on for a period of time in absence of food. You are only allowed to have water. Here's a link that might provide some more information on fasting.
