Could i lose 15 pounds by august 29th?!


Question: Could i lose 15 pounds by august 29th!?
on top of a great diet (no junk food and only h2o)
i will be :
(2 times a day)
running 2 miles on a treadmill and 30 mins on the elliptical!.

i am 130 5ft3in and female!.
i want to be 115!.

is this possible!?

it is definitely possible!.!.!.I can lose 5 pounds in 2 days by skipping a couple of meals!.

Be carefull about going too crazy with cardio!. Don't exceed 30 minutes and stay in your target heart rate zone (220-(your age)!.!.and then multiply by 70 and 80%!.
for example!.!.!.if you are 20!. 220-20=200
200 x 70%=140 200 x 80%=160
therefore keep your heart rate between 140 and 160 to maximize fat burn!.

doing this and eating right!.!.!.you will easilly lose 10 pounds!.!.!.the other 5 will be tuff!.!.!.as you are not too far off from a good weight!.
