Fast Weight Lost Diets?!


Question: Fast Weight Lost Diets!?
I know their are so many diets out there and not all work but does has any one tried a good diet that actually works!?

I've heard of a few such as low carb diets, low calorie diets and even some claiming eat all you want to eat diets but some how you'll still lose weight with these!.!.!.

i still haven't completely read it but it's stressing the importance of planning your meals, when to eat certain foods and has a pretty cool planning system!.

You need to do cardio which pumps up your metabolism rate, and complement that with calorie shifting method, which is to eat half of your usual portion but treat yourself up to 5 meals a day!.

On top of that, you need a good detox!. Here's what you should do!. Declare a day in a week as detox day where you eat only fruits and vege, drink only water or juice!. No fats or proteins or carbs!. Whenever you are not in detox, substitute your drinking water with lemon water by adding a few slices of lemon!.!.!.no sugar pls

I don't really recommend you to go on a diet because your heart always want to do the opposite!. It's no secret that most people don't stick to their diet!

FATS WEIGHT LOST DIETS DON'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT YOU NEED IS TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE!. THINK OF IT AS A LIFE CHNAGE NOT LIKE SOME BORING DIET WHO STOPS YOU FROM EATING WHAT YOU WANT!. OF COURSE THAT MEANS:

-JUNK FOOD=OUT
-HEALTHY FOOD =IN
YES IT'S GONNA BE HARD BUT KEEP UP AND AFTER A WHILE IT WILL BECOME A ROUTINE!

BUT IF YOU EVER FEEL LIKE YOU NEED SOME CHOCOLATE GO ON AND EAT IT IT WON'T RUIN YOUR DIET!.

ALL THAT FOLLOWED BY SOME EXERCISE EVERYDAY 10-30 min!. brings results !. That's how i lost 37 pounds in 7 months!. Maybe it was slow , but atleast i know that i am not going to gain them back!. Coz loosing weight slowly is the only way you can reach your goals and it's safe too!. But your body can't change over night so you have to be PATIENT!. DON'T GIVE UP, IF YOU CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!.
