What is wrong wioth me ..?!


Question: What is wrong wioth me !.!.!?
i am no longer anorexic,

i have a bmi of 11!.7
i am 5 feet and 2 inches i weigh 5 stone and 4 pounds

Why am i so light when i eat loads of sweets and junk but no proper food
Bare in mind i do trampolining gymnastics and cross country

does any one know why i weigh so little and am skinny a i am!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's dangerously low bmi!. under 15 bmi can cause health problems!. eat more content food!. more meat, carbs, dairy products, not just sweets!.

if you want to put on a little weight then you should eat more generally!. if you just eat sweets you wont gain weight cos of your sports that you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You say you're are no long anorexic but your BMI suggests otherwise, it is way to low!. The low range of a healthy BMI is 18!.

Loads of sweets and junk food is not the answer!. You need to eat healthly especially as you are so active!. Eat loads of fruit, veg, nuts, seeds, carbs (like brown rice, pasta, brown breads), eat fish, some meat, some dairy!. You can have some sweets and junk food but limit it to a small amount each day!.

Speak with your doctor about your weight and speak with your trainers and they will help suggest a healthy balanced diet for you so that you can gain weight!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have overcome anorexia, congratulations and some serious admiration are called for!.!.!.It is probably the hardest thing you will ever have to do unless you should ever have to do it again; heaven forbid! But if you are in your teens and have a dietry disorder in your past then you know you are seriously underweight and this is at a time of your life when it is most important to be healthy!. Your diet may appear to be a fattening one but if your body is not receiving the right nutrients then it will not gain weight!. You need to see a health care professional now, no one on Yahoo can give you the help your need even if they are doctors or dietitians as they do not know you and have no access to your medical history!.
Certain diets for weight loss work because they deprive the body of essential nutrients and the body then breaks down its own fat to get at what is already stored and I can only suppose that this is what has happened to you!.!.but if you do not put a stop to it then you are running serious risks of heart disease, infertility and osteoporosis!. Go and see your doctor!

i doubt theres anything wrong with you didnt give an approximate age but it could be that you are still growing or do a lot of exercise
try to eat more fruit and vegetables plenty of protein and whole grain bread rolls or cereal
if you feel unwell best to get a check-up to make sure your not run down

try to eat more calories than you burn them!. Count your calories, don't eat junk food too much you'll get sick not heavier!.
