Healthy weight range for 14 year old?!


Question: Healthy weight range for 14 year old!?
I'm 5'8" and 135lbs with a 25-26 inch waist!. People tell me I'm "too thin" and my parents want me to gain weight, but my doctor hasn't said anything and in my PE class they said I'm in the low end but still healthy range!. ):Www@Answer-Health@Com

Becuse most girls of 5ft8 with a 25-26 inch waist would probably weigh closer to 125lb!. So you might appear lighter than you weigh giving the impression you need to gain weight!.

Are you quite lean!.!.!.!.!.I mean have you got a lot of muscle on you and therefore a low body fat percentage!? This could be the reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can just gain like 10lbs!.!.!. thats very good for your height, age and waist! all you need to do is eat healthy and train atleast 30 mins a day! you could be in the right weight in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

5'8 at 14 years old!.!.OMG that's tall!! You should be anywhere from 130 lbs to 150 lbs!. If you gain 5 lbs you will probably look healthier, but you aren't in an unhealthy weight range! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
