Question: Will jogging make my inner thighs, butt, hips, and calves slimmer!?
If I jog for 45 minutes 3 times a week, and do pilates 2 times a week, with a sensible diet (1400 cals), how long will it take me to lose 10 pounds!?

If it matters, I'm 14, 5'4", and 130 pounds!. I need to lose weight within 6 weeks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

With all that exercise I'm assuming you burning more calories than you're taking in so you should be able to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks at that rate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

rather than how many calories u lose,what more matters is how many u take!.if u want some quick results to happen then along wit the exercises, u need to have good diet!.try to have food wit more protien content and wit less fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
