i hate my stomach and want to look good going into highschool

ok heres what you have to do but you have to stick to it the whole summer!:drink 4-5 bottels of water everyday,run at least 1 mile everyday,work out (the 1 mile not included) 45min!. everyday simple things like jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, things like that, and then have healthy meals and ask your parents to only buy healthy foods and don't try to starve yourself cuz that only makes you hungry! eat 3 meals everyday and 2 healthy light snacks everyday and you will lose 15-25 lbs! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have good eating habits (not eating late at night, not overeating or snacking all day, eating healthier foods) and if you are fairly active (get involved in a sport or activity) then I guarantee you will slim out naturally once your body develops more!. I'm 5'9" also (25 though) and 150 is actually not considered overweight!. Try maintaining good habits, exercise, and targeting the stomach area with crunches!. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should do so kind of cardio excercise like running, walking, swimming, or biking!.to tone your stomach do crunches and situps!. weight liftining is also good to build muscle!. try not to eat alot of bread and junk food!. your diet should consists of fruit, vegetables, and lean protein!. also drink 10 glasses of water a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat late at night!.
Eating late at night can cause you to store more fat in your waist and stomach!. Stop eating 3 hours before your go to bed!. If you need a snack, eat something healthy like a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts (unsalted)!.
Eat often, but in small portions!. The less your body peaks and falls on the blood sugar scale, the less likely it will be to overeat and/or store unwanted fat!. Ideally, cut calories, but don
