Question: 3 month plan:: loosing wieght:::: what should i do!?
im 250 but im not fat i dont have a huge stomach at all , most of it is muscle but its buried under layers of fat , what are your suggestions for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

I started going to the gym 6 times a week!. I got back from military training and i wanted to keep in shape so i started going!. I've only been going less than a month and i've lost almost 10 lbs!.!.!.and i dont have much to lose!. i only weighed 145 and that was mostly muscle!. So imagine your possibilities! Make sure that you eat sensibly too!. Don't be eating mcdonalds food everyday!. limit fast food to maybe once a week!. You're main help will be the excerice!. Elliptocals!.!.or however you spell it!.!.!.are awesome!. Do alot of cardio!. and i know most of the time you wont want to go to the gym ( i admit, i get lazy sometimes) but just make yourself go!. Go for at least an hour!. dont cheat yourself!.!. If you cant make it to a gym bc of your job or financial situations, get some weights and walk everyday and get an excercise ball (they work wonders) If you need any workout ideas, you can ask me anytime!. i'll be glad to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
