Question: When ground beef says a percentage of fat on the container how do they measure the content!?

Example: I bought some lean ground beef, 90/10 which means 10% fat!. How do they measure it when they grind it to make sure only 10% fat is in the package, or do they just guess!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
