Whats a good, healthy, yet quick thing to eat for breakfast?!


Question: Whats a good, healthy, yet quick thing to eat for breakfast!?
Here's the thing: I never eat breakfast, so I'm always hungry throughout the day!. But I hate eating breakfast most of the time, and hardly ever even have time for it!. I need a quick and nutritious meal to start my day off!.!.!. but I can't think of anything!.

Btw- Cereal takes too long to eat

Fresh fruit!.!.!.!.an apple, Peach, or plum would be quick and healthy!. Granola bars, or cereal bars would probably be a good choice as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
