Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dried apricots are very sweet!. They are high in sugar, but if you just a few, it may satisfy your craving!. They are also delicious with whole natural almonds--kind of like a cookie, and almonds are very healthy!. You can also try the cinnamon-sugar coated almonds!. Again, a few might just satisfy your craving!. The fiber and protein also are very filling!.

If you crave chocolate, stonyfield farms makes a very good chocolate, non-fat low sugar yogurt!. Tastes like pudding :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love the summer fruits! I keep a big, juicy, seedless watermelon cut up in the fridge - not only does it satisfy the sweets craving, but it has cooling properties - perfect for hot, sweltering days!. If you want the benefits of antioxidants for brainpower, antioxidants, then the blueberries and raspberries will give your brain a boost, and satisfy your sweet tooth!. I imagine a mouthful of fruit as a natural piece of candy - in order to keep the portion in perspective!. Also, dried Goji berries are extremely high in antioxidants, and have an added benefit of providing energy -sort of like the nice boost that is gained from drinking green tea!. Natural sugar is processed better by the body - and the vitamins, etc!. can't be beat! Also, your brain won't be getting revved up, then struggling when the eventual insulin drops - natural sugar helps, not artificially aggravates!. Great, natural ways to whittle the waist, and have the best treats straight from Mother Nature!. Have a healthy and happy leap year!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fruit is always a great thing to eat when you have a sweet tooth and want to lose weight!. 100 calorie packs are good to stop the sweet tooth aches too!. Fruit gummies and fruit snacks are also an alternative to candies and sweets!. Depends on what kind of stuff you like to eat!. Yogurt with fruit chunks are good!. Fruit Popsicles are good too!. Just go to the freezer isle and find fruit pops!. Explore the grocery store!. There are many things to cure a sweet tooth! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
