I'm sure she's not grossed out!. If she loves you, she loves you no matter how you look!.
However, you might have a chance to lose her for another man, who isn't "flab"!. All girls love skinny / muscley men, unfortunately!.
You should consider losing weight, if you need any help, I have this routine that can help you lose up to 5 pounds a week!.
I suggest you have a talk with her, ask her if she does feel grossed out!. It will mean alot to her that you're worried about what she thinks!.

Dump her if she cant take you for what you are then she isnt worth it!. there was somthing that attracted her to you but now that is gone and you should be too!. you need to break it off letting her know why You cant be with someone that cant accept me for me and what i am inside and out
