I don't think a 13 year old girl needs to be thinking about calories!. You need to be going to school, doing homework, having fun, talking with your parents, doing stuff with your friends etc!. you're 13, and for adults its 2000 for men or 2500 depending on where you look and 1500 - 2000 for women, but this doesnt really matter because at thirteen you're growing so much, you can consumer anything up to 3000 calories and not put any weight on, its more eating things that arent high in fat you have to look out forWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are still developing and its better to have something to grab onto then stunt your growth, screw up your periods, and whole host of other problems!. Just eat healthy, avoid soda, have a black coffee in the morning to wake up and get things running!.!.!. and as you get older you will understand how a good cup of joe in the morning can make a day MUCH smoother!.!.!.
