I'm so depressed because i had this great plan to lose weight over the summer, but i've been busy with my ....

granparents that came to visit so i haven't been doing much for a whole month! i have only lost two pounds, but i still have 14 lbs. to go, and since i wanted that new look for when i went back to school i don't know if i will make it in time, what should i do??????

never ever stress about weight. too many young women are trying to look like these celeberities who throw up and starve themselves. you may want to get with a nutritionist. set realistic goals. cut out fried foods, foods high in carbs, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, a good trick is to eat almonds as a snack food during the day. they make you feel full. don't eat after 8 as the extra calories will not be metabolized when you go to sleep. exercise is always good. by jumpstarting your metabolism you burn calories even when you aren't doing anything physical. i hope i've set you off on a proper course...
