I really want to llose weight i need specific things to eat at lunch and dinner?

its been a week i have been eating (eating right cereal) for breakfast every morning 1/2 cup and for lunch i have a lean cusine and dinner i have what my mom cooks usually meat with pototoes or rice and salad and vegetables. i havent lost one poundddd HELPPPPPPPP

Answers:

You need to be patient!! It is not easy loosing weight. Try getting more exercise. Eat salads, chicken, & fish. Stay away from starchy foods like potatoes and some rice. It takes time to lose weight. You will do it. Don't weigh yourself for 2 weeks from today and you may notice a drop in weight. Drink lots of water. Cut out all soda (even the diet stuff). Let me know how this works for you. :)
