Serioulsy!. I have no willpower whatsoever!. I love to eat foods I can eat quickly such as sandwhiches, or ice cream, or anything fast!.
Also I find it impossible to stick with serving sizes!. Especially I eat a good food!. Something I like, I want to eat, and eat and eat, till I can't eat anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
