i think you didn't realize something!.!.!. you don't ONLY burn calories while working out!. you are ALWAYS burning calories!. you just burn more while working out!. metabolism is the rate at which you burn calories!. working out to build strength or anaerobic running can increase your metabolism thus making you burn more calories constantly throughout the day!. chances are, if you've burnt all but 254 calories through your workout alone, you're going to be loosing weight rapidly and unhealthily!. just worry about these two things and you'll be fine!.

1!. eat HEALTHY but don't worry at all about quantity
2!. do more strength training and interval running to increase your metabolismWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you will still lose weight!. It sounds as though you are becoming obcessive in dieting and trying to lose weight!. This is not healthy for your body and I am concerned that you will end up in the hospital with this kind of regimen!. Please use common sense and don't over do!. Keep in mind that your body burns calories while walking, doing simple chores, just getting up to walk across the room, and even just sitting and doing nothing!. You needn't be so obcessive about the calories left unburned during a work out!. People can lose weight even in just a 15 minute workout per day!. Stay healthy please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u mean u burn all of your calories from your 2000 a day other then 254, then u will lose weight, the 2000 calories a day is just the reccomended intake each day
as each day through walking to places and just daily movement u burn roughly 2000 calouries if that makes any sense what so ever, i dont think i explained that well!.
each day through no extra exercie u burn about 1500 calouries, any extra exercise will burn of existing fat (unless uve eaten over the 2000)
make sense!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to burn more than you consume!.!. Do you know your BMR!? Google that, you needto know your bodily metabolic rate!.!. It tells you how many cals your body burns without activity!.!. add your activity onto that and you burn that much!.!. Then you should be burning more than you consume if you pay close attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
