I need to loose weight by school?!


Question:

I need to loose weight by school?

im 13 years old
im 5 4
and im 125

i wanna look good for this coming school year.
but i am extremely bad at exercizing because some days i just don't wanna do it..so i won't
then i skip a bunch of days and i don't loose anything because i don't exercize

and i have also tried dieting but i just can't stick to healthy foods..it's just too hard.


any advise on something to keep me to my schedule??



and some easy exersizes that i can stick to??

I have the same problem as you, I am a little heavier, two years younger and two inches taller. I am trying to loose weight by school too. Okay, there never is anything too easy but I already lost a pound (in 2-3 days) Drink only water (preferably ice cold water) It keeps you full. Only for breakfast have milk, chocolate milk. Try to do some push-ups, some dancing, walking, swimming and just do chores. Any activity involving pushing, pulling and lifting is good. Try to make your portions a little bit smaller, instead of having eggs for breakfast try to have some whole wheat waffles. I know it is hard- trust me, I have tried lots of times to diet- I've been with this excersise for a week now- longest ever- if you stick to it for at least 4 days in a row you will get used to it- I did and now I am obsessed I can't aford not to do it- just like a hobby I have fun working out it doesn't feel like It's something I'm forced to do- it feels like something I choose to do. Good luck, also take a BMI test- I think you are perfect weight your weight is what I'm aiming for!! Also cut down the junk food, and find out your calorie intake- don't try dieting it doesn't work!
