Answers:
Indeed it can be, the question is the level of intensity!.

Take it slow, start with walking, then move to speed walking, then to jogging, finally Alternate sprinting with jogging!. After working your way up your blood pressure should drop, allowing you to do more intense cardio sessions!.

Furthermore, do not assume that because someone works out, they know what they are talking about!. I see plenty of ignorant people at the gym, tearing of their body for minimal if any gain!.

Saying that your cardiovascular system and high blood pressure are in no way tied is the most horrible advice I have ever heard!. Training at too high of a intensity with high blood pressure will lead to you passing out!.!.!.!.!.!. if your lucky!. Much worse if your not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try monitoring your blood pressure before and after you run to be sure it isn't going dangerously high!. Some people actually find that while they're exercising their blood pressure goes down!. Losing weight will also help ensure that your blood pressure will regulat and come back to normal levels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
