Crunches may actually cause weight gain!.

Why!?

You're building more muscle, and you would be gaining more muscle weight!.

And if you already have excess fat around your abdomen, your abdomen might actually increase in size!.

To lose weight you need to perform cardio, and eat right!.

If you need any help with that I'd be glad to help out, I followed this routine I've created and I've lost up to 5 lbs a week with it!.

They dont make you loose much weight at all!. If you did 200,000 crunches you would loose 1 pound of fat!. To loose the weight you need to do alot of excersise and maintain it!. If you want abs then you need to burn the fat you already have and the calories you eat and do crunche's ect!. Also you need to eat protein to help your muscle's reapin and grow quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, abdominal crunches strengthen your abdominal muscles!. But if your goal is to get rid of your love handles and the big belly, it is more effective to do aerobic exercises (e!.g!., jogging, brisk walking, dancing)!. Then after aerobic exercises, do the abdominal crunches!. Also, lessen your carbohydrate intake!. Avoid the midnight snacks!.

You can do all the crunches or cardio in the world but if your diet isn't in order you will never see your abs unless you're a genetic freak!. Fat loss comes from diet and exercise together, in a strategic manner!. Morning cardio sessions, weight training [ab work helps but its really nothing when compared to everything else], dropping sugar completely [if you dont eat well you will never get in shape] are just a few examples!. You can't only burn fat on your belly, you have to burn fat allover the entire body!. You will never see a guy with a 6 pack of abs and fat arms, belly fat comes off last usually!.
