Question: Hey hey! I need a great workout and diet plan!!?
I'm a model and before I move back to LA for interviews with bigger agencies, I want to be in the best shape of my life!

I'm a 19 year old female!.

Does anybody have some great meal/workout plans I can abide by which would get me great results before August!? I eat really clean throughout the week and walk 4 miles a day, but Saturdays I pretty much eat whatever I want!.

I've heard of people eating beets and veggies for breakfast and all kinds of weird things!.!.!. but who wants to help me out!?

How often should I work out!? I like to walk!.

yeah eat 5 small meals in a day
drink lots of water
eat lots of fruits vegetables and carbs
not that much fat!

and exercise aerobic a lot
if ur a model do most mostly aerobic like swimming and jogging you should be in the best shape of your life!.!. : )

walking doesn't do anything, just so you know!. I walk like 20 miles a day, run 4 miles a day, I'm constantly on the go!.!.!.believe me, walking is pointless if you think it'll get you in shape!. You would do much better by running!. I eat vegetables for breakfast, in an omlette!. You should be working out everyday, a few hours a day, nobody has time to do that, so most people think working out doesn't do anything!. But if you want it bad enough you need to work out hard every single day!. Not just walking, walking won't get you anywhere!. Believe me, I lost 40lbs, have excellent cardio and have been doing this for a while!. Or you can do it the easy way and eat a finger sandwich diet!.!.!.which is never a good idea!. Being in shape takes a long time, don't ever let anyone tell you it's easy to get in shape, because if it was that easy, we would not have such an obesity epidemic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
