Exercising for a 14 years old?!


Question: Exercising for a 14 years old!?
I'm 14 years old and is 5'1 or 5'2 and I weigh about 119!.4 pounds!. I would like to know how I could lose at least 10 pounds by July 20! I'm exercising outside for 30 minutes!. I walk from my house to my uncles which is about a 2 mintue walk!. I walk back and forth 8 times and then I jump rope 60 times do jumping jacks 50 times, and I don't try and eat after 6:00p!.m!. and I cut out sodas and candy so please tell me if I'm doing the right thing now to lose 10 pounds by July 20! You are doing good things by cutting out the soda and candy for sure!. I think if you keep up with the exercising you are doing and eat good food, you can certainly lose that extra weight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.by the way, you're not fat!.!.!.!.!.I'd look to lose about 7 or 8 pds over that time frame!.!.!.!.2 pds a week is a good way to lose it and keep it off!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it seems to me like youre doing the right things[: i'm exactly your age, weight, and height!. im trying to lose 10 pounds too!. im trying the same things youre doing, so hopefully it works!. try doing a few sit-ups maybe!? dancing is good too[:

ok you can swim dance and do more jogging and eat the right foods im just like you i need to loose weight before school starts so ya do that and drink A LOT of WATERWww@Answer-Health@Com

ride a bike!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.find a few hills and make it a goal to reach the top in one shot and not slowing down!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

Walking is good, increase the distance a bit!. Get ankle weights to increase the calorie burn!. Get jogging weight to add more calorie burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try buying a stationary bike - you can get a used one for maybe 20 dollars!. Use it for about 30 minutes every day (sometimes every other day, because the seat really makes your butt hurt - I know this for a fact!)!. Combined with your walking, that's an hour of cardio, which is great for someone your age!.

Eat a lot of complex carbs and stay away from simple carbs!. Foods with simple carbs usually have a lot of sugar and corn startch and other stuff in them - white bread has simple carbs!. Strawberries are yummy, and are complex carbs!. If I'm not mistaken, grain bread has complex carbs as well, and so do pickles!.

By eating about 1600-1700 calories a day, you can drop anywhere from 1 to 2 pounds a week, not counting exercise!.
