ok im 5'9 about 260 i want to lose atleast 35 pounds by aug 30 and around 10-15 by july 30.any ways i can lose this please help

Exercise, exchange 2 meals for protien shakes, and eat a healthy meal including lean meats and veggies! Back off the pops Or drink diet, and drink at least 8 glasses of water per day!!
