What are the best excercises for toning my legs?
I just never ever get time to go to the gym


Answers:

Some of the greatest exercises for legs are squats and lunges. If you have some cash to invest in some hand weights, it is very easy to do these types of exercises at home. Also, cardio exercise like power walking, running/jogging or even biking play a huge role in shaping and losing the extra leg flab. Strenght training and cardio work hand in hand to stay toned and lean.
