That would be around 4 lbs a week, so I'd say it's very possible!. The hard part is going to be sticking to a diet and exercise plan (I need to lose over 100lbs myself, so can relate!)!.

If you're counting calories, I'd suggest starting at a higher calorie count than 1200, though, because eventually you'll stop losing weight and will need to lower your calories to get past that hurdle!. I've always been told to start at 1800 calories/day, then down to 1600, and eventually 1200 when closer to goal weight!.

Not usually, and unless you are being medically supervised, it wouldn't be healthy!. The most you would want to healthily lose in 6 months would probably be around 50 pounds, but obviously that is only if you are fairly overweight!. If I lost 50 pounds, I would end up in the hospital, if not dead lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually i have a friend who did it in like 7 months, but he worked reallllllllllllllllly hard for it!.
he started with fasting a few days, it had to do something with just drinking lemonade!. (you can google that)
The most important thing he told me was that it was the change in his diet that made a big difference!. he worked out almost everyday, and kept his heart rate up!.

It is possible but you have to be really committed and believe in yourself and do not give up!. My cousin lost 50pounds in 3 months so I guess it's possible!. And yeah you do gain back a lot of weight if you loose weight real fast, my cousin gained back her weight and even became heavier than before she started!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It took me about six months to a year to lose 40 lbs!. Losing 100 lbs is going to take a lot of work and you need to do it sensibly!.

You should start thinking in terms of 5 pounds and then 10 pounds!. You need to start slowly and think realistically!. Also, you should start moving and exercising !. That will speed up your metabolism and help you lose weight more quickly!.
