Question: I need some good exercises for a smaller lower stomache and smaller thighs!?

If you are looking to lose some wieght for a short term such as a one night event, i recommend a juice detox!. it will
not make you thin forever but it can be a good jump start!. with a juice fast you will not be eating any solid foods so you will lose a little bit in your stomach!. i do a detox 1-3 times every year!. the last time i did it i follwed the adivce of a book called 28 pounds in 28 days!. my lower stomach flab was gone in 3 days!. you WILL gain this weight back if you eat the same!. but if you eat healthy such as whole grians and lots of fruit and veggies as well as exercise with at least 5 days of cardio and 2-3 days of strength you should be ok!. if this is for an event do the detox, buy some spanx and a cute pair of heels, and remember to stand up straight (you look 20 lbs thinner)!. good luck and please stay healthy!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try going the gym and doing some of there leg exercises
