Help me plz its a workout questions?

Hello !!!!!!!!!!! Ok i get really lazy and **** about ex cerise. When i start to run i get lazy and like walk. How can i stop that and like run for one hour straight without no breaks but i have asthma. I want to be fast and be able to run for long times. Also what should i do after running for a hour for more upper body exercise. Plz no dumbbells or exercise machines my mom wont buy it. I need to exercise for basketball to be faster stronger and be a explosion on the court. Somebody plz help me. Im only 13 though. i want to be like Dwayne wade or Tracy mcgrady on the courts and be in shape

Check out the P.A.C.E. system. You do a warmup run, say 5-6 minutes, walk slowly for a few minutes, then go full tilt boogie for about 30-45 seconds (build up to 1 minute), then walk slowly again for about 3 minutes, then repeat the burst & walk. Keep the whole routine around 20 -30 minutes, then do a cooldown walk. Check out Dr. Sears regarding this. Running for an hour straight doesn't give you what you want. It doesn't train your heart right. In fact it's probably going to wear your body down faster. You only want to go out for 30 minutes or so. The PACE system gives you what you want- explosive speed, and it's a heck of a lot more fun than just running at the same pace.
