Start with your body weight!. For example if your doing a bench press and your arms are shaking or your having trouble balancing the weight you need to develop those small muscles that help you do that!. The push-up and the pull up are two of the best over all body weight exercise you can do for your upper body!. For your lower body the squat!. Be patient!. Developing strength and coordination will come!. Keep at it and the shaking will stop!. Promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people shake when they are pushing themselves, as long as you are able to lift the weights the shake should subside as you gain more control over your muscles!. At the moment it is just your nerves fireing of to everypart of the muscle looking for a more efficient way of lifting!.

If you are not able to balance the weight properly, then that would not be a question of your ability to lift that weight, the weight is probably right, but considering that you are new to weightlifting all you stabalising muscles are probably very weak so you can't balance it, esspecially with free weights!. This should also fix itself once you have wobbled your way through your beggining workouts and your muscles are firmer and more used to handleing what you are using at the gym!.

In all, it is a matter of practice, and perhaps talk to someone face to face who knows a bit about this subject so that you can show them the problem and they can show you the solution!. Internets is not the safest place for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drop the weight slightly and do more reps this way you muscles will get used to the stress and then move up i ussed to shake when first starting!. dont worry about people looking at you because you arent lifting heavy in the gym it doesnt matter what do they expect when your a beginner so what just life to get used to it then move up and grow!.

i dont know how old you are but if you 15 or older get some no-xplode its really high energy drink powder it will get the work doneWww@Answer-Health@Com
