Answers:
Yes and no, stay with your 8-12 reps per set and up to 5 sets per exercise!. If you are finishing your 12th rep and you could do another one, add some more weight!. Before long your weights will continue to go up and up and you will gain muscle and lose fat depending on your diet now!.

The whole point of building muscle is to increase the weight on the bar and to keep pushing yourself week after week to do a little bit more work in each workout!. That is the way to keep growing!.

When we go to lower 4-6reps per set we emphasize strength!. The higher reps also help with endourance!.

We have slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers and this is why most professional bodybuilders will do a compound movement like the incline press with lower reps and then incline flyes for higher reps!. Gets the blood flowing and works all of the muscle fibers!.

Look,it always depends upon ur body structure!.If u r short then u should really need to check the weights that u r lifting, because u look much shorter in those bulky muscles!.So its better to watch out your height and do the needful heavy weight lifting!.Just dont go by ur friends suggestion, its better to just go to a GYM and ask him!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
