Question: Skinny!?!? PLEASE HELP!!!!?
i want to be really skinny and have no jiggle! hopefully my legs wont touch when i walk!.!.i dont care how long it takes but i want a good bod in a bikini and not to be ashamed to wear one!! HELP!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try not to over indulge!. whenever you have any sort of cravings, grab a water bottle or an apple (or any sort of fruit you have in the house) and eat healthy for any meal! BUT also you have to exercise!. try going for a walk every day that lasts maybe about 45 mins!. to an hour!. and if you can sign up for a gym for a couple months! they don't run cheap!. So look up some exercises on google you can do! I usually do that!. Well i hope this helps a bit!. (im not sure how long this will take, but try doing exercises maybe 6 days a week, and one day to rest!. BUT NEVER STOP EATING HEALTHY!!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ummm!. you're thighs are supposed to touch, just not too much!. humans aren't meant to be skeletons!. and make sure you're "jiggle" isn't just skin!. I'm just saying that not everyone is supposed to look like an anorexic model!. But if you're really sure that you are overweight, eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly!. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you aren't hungry anymore!. that will give you good results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop eating junk food and start exercising! Diet is 80% of it, I swear! Eat every 3 hrs and you will keep your blood sugar up, so you wont want to cheat!. Find a cook book that has healthy recipes, pick some, double it, freeze the left overs and you will always have healthy food available to eat, always! Thats the key!. Work out 1 hr a day!. You'll love your new bod!. I still flash my tummy at the mirror and stare in awe, that my abs look this good now!. Just decide to do it! Get in better shape!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

always do some kind of movement thru out the day like even when you are in the shower do some kind of exercise so that way your body is burning way more calories that you take in but still eat breakfast cause it boosts your metabilism!.!.!.!.!.!. just eat smaller portionsWww@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes its ok for your legs to touch and for you to still be healthy!. just eat right and exercise!.my legs touch and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! I think personally people would rather see a girl with curves than super skinny!!!!!!!! Just stay healthy!.and you be Beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
