I need a workout for a 14 year old?!


Question: I need a workout for a 14 year old!?
im about 5'7 and weigh 110 lbs!.
im joining footaball and using my high schools weight room to workout
i also have a bench set
so i need some good workouts for me(upper and lower body)
mainly upper body

Eat a lot of protein, and good fats (mono and poly unsaturated NOT saturated)!. And keep doing your weight lifting!. By eating a lot of unhealthy foods you'll just gain fat not muscle!. If you eat a good high protein diet and workout the energy you take in will be converted into muscle!. And make sure to get a high calorie intake from a balanced diet if you are working out a lot, otherwise the workouts will make you loose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would suggest for u to join a gym! theres way more machines there for u to use and u should get a trainer!Www@Answer-Health@Com
