I need to lose weight fast..?!


Question: I need to lose weight fast!.!.!?
Well there are different amount of questions as these, as I read alot of them!. I'm in China for summer vacation and they have really good food!. Before I went on vacation, I had loss 15 pounds, but over here, theres mainly no where I can excersize and Im getting fatter and fatter!. Im 150 right now and by the time I get back to america (around 1-2 months) I'll be 160~!. I do 40 ab strecting excersizes and 10 push ups!. Every morning and night!. It still doesn't work, i can watch my stomach grow bigger slowly, If i don't excersize, it'll be 2x faster!. Swimming I'll do when its opened, which is around 7-1-08!. So right now, I need to lose my weight, I don't want to get fatter!. I eat at 11, then I eat at 6, I know how everyone says try to cut off the eating, eat a little!. But the food is good, but the bad thing is its fatning!. Its greasy and you just can't resist it! I would suggest just going for an extra walk every day through down, it would be like a tour but you will be getting exercise!. Try to eat supper early since its really fatning, so from 4-5:30 or so at night!. For breakfast you should really eat within the hour wakeup (for ex!. you wake up at 8, eat between 8 and 9) you should always have breakfast!. And since your only having 2 meals, I am guessing they are big meals!. Not good!. have 3 smaller meals if you need to so your metabilsm is always going all day!. You can continue your ab workouts as much as you want!. To be honest I hate running and exerising also!. I lost 22 pounds just from eating healthier but for you since your in china with their food you can try to order the healthiest thing they have, like instead of a big chowmain, have some sesame chicken or vegetable low mein!. they are most likely better choies than other things on the menu!. And as soon as they open the pool go inside and swim alot!. Swing is a very good exercise which should help you!.

like everyone else in the world, you are looking for the quick fix!. The effective, and super easy way to make yourself feel better!. Let me tell you now, it does not exist!. If you want results, you have got to put in the work!. Self control is a key factor here!. You say you cannot resist, but that is the easy option!. Your cravings do not control you!. How about you make it you can eat as much as you want one night a week, as long as you practice self control every other day and only eat a small serving!?
As for not exercising, screw the heat! Keep a bottle of water with you and go for it! Now you're just making up excuses!.
Results will not happen over night!. You have to stick with it for it to work!. And above all, if you're not prepared to try, then stop wingingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ab stretches and a few push ups will do nothing for weight loss, and only a little for toning your ab and chest muscles!. Do cardio in addition to the swimming!.!.!.go walking/jogging (surely you are not trapped indoors!?), bicycling, or whatever you can do to get up and moving even if it's jumping rope or doing aerobics at home!. 10 mins of cardio doesn't even get you into the fat burning zone!. If you don't want to put in the time to workout properly, then you're going to have to accept being fat if you choose to eat in the manner you are currently doing!.

You are choosing to eat unhealthy, so you are paying the price!. Self control is part of staying healthy and maintaining one's weight!. Either stop chowing on high calorie foods or exercise enough that it won't matter!.

If it were so easy to lose weight (as you want, with little exercise and still eat what you want) do you think there'd be any fat people on the planet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok i know a miracle thing for you to try!. the only way your going to loose weight is one for those 10 minutes do something like find a basketball court or something to that extent or a tread mill and for those 10 minutes give it all you got like jogging laps with out stopping running sprints with like 15 seconds rest in between!. then simply drink water before and during each meal!. also eat slower try and saver the moment!. the rest is pure desire to not gain weight!. i am on a diet myself and have lost 20 pounds in 19 days!. because i ate healthy and i have a desire to be skinny when school starts back!. i hope this helps and GOOD LUCK!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your exercise routine needs to be total body not limited to just your stomach (your problem area)!. Remember when you exercise you want to target your big muscles!. coffee breaks: fruit, vegetables, protein snacks (protein helps you feel fuller), herbal tea (great for energy and weightloss) and 1 glass of water!. (if your a coffee drinker cut down to 2 a day)!.

Lunch: soup is always good nutrition, sandwich made with whole grain bread stacked high with greens and your choice of lean meat!. Grilled cheese is good too!. Don't forget fruit!. 2 glasses of water!. multivitamins and minerals!.
