Eat 3 or 6 times a day.?!
Question: Eat 3 or 6 times a day!.!?
Ok, im trying to diet and tryed eating 6 times a day, its realy hard for me to eat that oftern!. If i where to eat say 1500-1800 calories every day eating about 500-600 each meal for 3 meals is it still as effective or close to eating 6 times a day!. Im sure it increases metabolism more eating 6 times a day but i just find it hard to do so!.
Now i would still be exercising every day!. In the morning for about 20-30 minute exercise bike and 30-1h jogging at night!. Do you think with 30-90 minutes of exercise daily would make up for eating 6 times a day!? I would rather eat 3 times a day over 6 times a day!.

You should eat 6 small meals to keep your metabolism up!. You could do the three major meals and have snacks between!.
So if you eat breakfast at 8am, you would eat a snack(almonds) around 10am!. Then you would have lunch at 12noon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it sounds like you already know the answer to this, but no, its less effective eating only 3 times a day!. eating smaller meals more often will increase the metabolism!. i know its difficult!. ive always been a 3 meal a day guy and just in the last few months got used to eating 5-6 times a day!.!.!.!.!.!.it does take practice to get used to!. but to answer your question, extra exercise will not replace the benefits of eating smaller meals more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
