Answers:
It's underweight and what makes it even worse is that you say you are muscular!.!.!.!.!.!.you can't be that muscular if you are only 125lb at 5ft10!.5! You might be really lean as in low body fat, but you can't have a lot of muscle at that heigth/weight ratio!. Anyway, be careful if the body fat percentage drops below 12%-15% (especially at such a low weight) you can be setting yourself up for future health problems such as infertility and osteoperosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely not!. You are way to thin girlie!. The men are going to snap you in half when you get older if you don't put some meat on your bones!.
If you start working out at the gym, or if you do strength training exercises at home, then you can build up some muscle, not fat, that will help get a little more solid!.
No, I would have to say that 125lbs at your height is not healthy!. The average person that is that tall probably weighs closer to 150lbs!. If not more!.
If you are really athletic, then perhaps you are just not eating enough!. This might mean that you need to eat every 2 hours in order to obtain this goal!. Make sure you are eating protein and that you are drinking milk and water instead of soda!.
You might also want to eat protein bars!. They actually have some really good tastin' ones on the market!.
My 12 year old niece is a competitive gymnast and her mom has her drinking protein drinks for kids, because she can't seem to consume enough calories!.
The truth is!.!.!.athletes need the calories so that they can perform!.
Start with the little changes and just make them part of your routine!. You can do it!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course ur healthy , since most of ur body is muscle , the more muscle u i have i believe is the more u weigh , i think ur even more healthier then me i am ur age , 5'2 and i weigh 108!.8-9!. But remember at our age were still growing so dont be worried , as long as ur eating healthy along with ur athletics you'll be fine ,i mean i work out 5 times a week and try to eat my best of every food group!. Its not like u skinny like some girls and weigh like 90 pounds !. Blah Blah ur underweight or not average forget it as long as ur happy with ur body and not skinny ur fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are way too skinny my dear friend!. Because in your case, your weight is too low for your height!.

For your height, you must be 136-147 lbs!. (if you wanted a small build), 145-155 lbs!. (if you wanted a medium build) and 152-166 lbs!. (if you wanted a large build)!. This is the ideal weight for your height!. I got this one from our old magazines and then I cut it out, so I shared this to you!. Try gaining weight by eating red meat which is also good for your muscles!.

Good job! Don't forget your daily exercises which can make you much healthier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't have a panic attack because all the answers say you're underweight!. You might be a little bit underweight, but you're very close to average, so I wouldn't worry about it!. You're probably just burning a lot of calories during sports!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a bit too low!. You can google on BMI, and count for yourself, what your BMI should be!.
But as long as your eating enough and doing sport, it should be OK (are you long distance runner!?)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, its not really healthy because since you are so tall, you should weigh more!. You should really try to eat more so you can stay strong for your sports and not look so thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is not healthy at all!. i am 5'9'' and the recommended weight for me is about 140-165!. you need to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont ever let anyone tell you that you're fat, you definately are either average or underaverage!. and 125 pounds at a height of 5'10!.5'' sounds awfully skinny to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Holy ****!!! your skinny!!! its not healthy!. You need more weight honeyWww@Answer-Health@Com
