Question: Do i eat enough food!?
I'm trying to lose weight , i go to the gym 7 days a week now for 1 hour !.and This is a typical meal!.
Breakfast- bannana & milk
lunch- packet of healthy crisps
Dinner- grilled chiken,broccoli, 2 boiled potatoesWww@Answer-Health@Com

your breakfast maybe eat a bit more then just a banana and milk!.
your lunch, eating crisps even if they more healthy then other is not a good idea!. eat something like a sandwich or salad!.
your dinner,it is OK but maybe some fish, red meat or pasta!.rember you dont have to eat the same thing ever day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe instead of having thise crisps(as you never get healthy crisps)!.!.!. try a salad wholemeal sandwich!.!.!. ora yoghurt!.!.!. they say to eat small prtions five times a day!. each to their own i say as my body works diff!. but id deff if i were you cut out the crisps and save for a treat and eat fruit etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think apart from the lunch thats ok,have a bigger lunch to keep your metabolism going,you dont want it to slow down!.(oh and there arent really any healthy crisps,just less fattening ones)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah sounds fine to me but if you are still hungry add more fruit with your lunch!. or a salad with no dressing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
