Stick to chicken or steak and salad for dinner !.!.!. you can have it cut up and put in or grilled on the side!. Two boiled egg for breakfast eat the white part only & maybe 2 slices of bacon (if you eat it) broiled not fried, broiling it will cook it just they same but the bacon will no longer be saturated in fat!.!.!.!. for lunch have 2 pieces of fruit any combo you like or a salad maybe spinach leave (f you ca get it and yes salad again for dinner)!. DO NOT eat any sort of bread or pasta or drink any soda or juice !.!.!. drink water lots of it a glass an hour if you can take time out !.!.!. but you have to do more than the standard 8, the more water you drink the more your body lets go of the water it retains if you start to feel crazy and need something other than water have iced green tea (make it yourself) with two teaspoons of sugar it will help you craving for than water and help you "u kno"!. Take the stairs or the longer way around the block!. If you want a snack have a piece of cheese (it is fatty but it tastes good and will help your digestive system)!.

This will work perfectly, you'll drop the weight (without risking your health), and it's simple enough to do (i did) and continue after the first week if you want!. With this you could lose 5 lbs but I'm not promising you !.!.!. you will at least lose about 3!. I lost 9 pounds in a 5 day period but i am on a medication !.!.!. when i tried this without my medication without my medication i lost 4!.

Do not eat after 7:30 !.!.!. if you get hungry have some warm green tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do 20 sit-ups in the morning!.

i heard that beauty pageants eat only cottage cheese before their tournament!.!.!.!. so you could try that but only that and water and remember portion control!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
