How can I go about losing weight?!


Question: How can I go about losing weight!?
I am 28, 136 pounds and 5'4!. I am wanting to lose some weight but have some confusion!. First of all I want to cut my calorie intake and lose a pound a week like people suggest but when you talk about calories are you to consider the calories total or the calories from fat!? Also, I have a two year old child that is very active how can I include him in my weight loss goals!. He only naps for two hours so what's the best way to exercise with him!? Lots of times when I begin to exercise in the morning, I get real pumped up and don't really want to slow down!. What can I do about this!? For example, if I take a morning walk and I don't keep active all day long I get real tired and wind up taking a nap in the afternoon and then I feel really terrible!. What are some good foods to eat to raise your metabolism that don't contain a lot of the things that sodas do (trying to cut out the cokes) and what is a good way to slowly cut out the sodas and avoid migraines!? A calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from!. You have to either burn or omit 3,500 calories per week (to lose one pound per week) from your diet (1 pound equals 3,500 calories) or a combination of the two in order to lose one pound of body weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

stop eating oil, sweets,coke and red meat!.

eat steamed vagitables with a hint of salt and papper!.

i have done it and lost 6kg in two weeks ans still on it!.

Okay now im editing my previous answer!. WHY THE CRAP did someone thumbs down me!?
Isnt it true that if you DO eat less, and move more, you WILL lose weight!? Okay im guessing you want more details huh!?
Well try drinking enviga!. Drink water, Diet sodas are fine as long as they are caffeine and calorie free!. Youre two year old should not be involved in your diet (unless you want to like play with him to stay active, then thats fine) Just make sure he dosnt eat crappy foods like you obviously have done if you need to lose weight!.
Its calories total!. You need to eat 1400 calories a day so start countin, You can eat any foods you want (exept really fatty ones) as long as you stay within 1400 calories a day!.
Taking naps is fine, your basal metabolism is 1415 calories per day so as long as you burn like 300 calories in a workout then you will lose weight!. If you dont know what basal metabolism is then look it up!.!. Basicaly all you need to control to lose weight is, calories, carbs, and exercise!. Anthing else is crap and will only confuse you!.
