Question:
Is taking a multivitamin good for you?
I want to start taking a daily multivitamin, but I have some questions. Will my body develop a dependency? Is it possible to get too much of a certain vitamin? Are there any side effects? I recently decided to give up meats, and during my transition, and until I learn how to eat more well rounded vegetarian foods, I want to make sure I am getting everything my body needs.

Don't worry about it- take a normal multi-vitamin. Just make sure you get enough iron since you're not eating meat. And don't overdue the soy products or you'll end up in hormone hell.
