Good ways to "Bulk Up"?!


Question: Good ways to "Bulk Up"!?
I'm 16, and really skinny!. I'm really lean, and I eat alot, all of the time!. I keep a pretty healthy diet, not alot of junk food (except maybe once in awhile, waffles/poptarts for breakfast)!.
Anyway, I need to bulk up, get some muscle or a little more fat!. I work out, and play the drums all of the time, so I have a good bit of muscle, and almost a 6 pack abs (when I flex you can see them well), but if I am not flexing anything, I look way too skinny!. What are some good ways to get pure bulkiness, and what are some foods with alot of protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do what your doing, by eating a lot, every couple of hours!. This way, your metabolism keeps running so you won't gain at least too much fat, and you will build muscle! Make sure you are getting at least your bodyweight in protein!. If you weigh 130 lbs!., have 130 grams of protein at least! Get plenty of rest!! It helps to build your muscles and you will have more energy at the gym!. Compound workouts, such as squats, deadlift, and bench press are great because they work many muscles at once! Make sure not to overtrain muscles though, they need time to heal themselves and grow! Good luck man!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey man I used to have the same problem as you!. I tried everything there was until I ran across the "No nonsense Guide to Building Muscle"!. This is the skinny's man's guide for bulking up!. You seem to have an abnormally fast metabolism!. My friend has the same problem!. He eats constantly and doesnt gain an ounce!. Well good protein is just meat!. Beef and chicken are good, but you shouldn't need to change your diet much!. Just change your excercise!. Drumming is repetetive!. Your muscles are lean!. If you want big muscles, which are heavier, you would want to do weight bearing excercises!. Play football, lift weights etc!.
Fat is just not worth it if you want to bulk up!. Muscle weighs more, and is more beneficial (especially with the ladies ;D )Www@Answer-Health@Com

milk, meats trust me this is like my only diet im very picky i didnt even know i was strong till i figured almost everybody at my school is weaker than me!.!.!. u r probably just skinny if u dont work out skinny plp apear to have 6 packWww@Answer-Health@Com
