Answers:
Mustard has no calories, so no, it's not fattening!.

You're DEFINITELY not eating enough!. Nowhere near!. You need to be eating 1200 calories a day!. I may sound like a parent or a killjoy with this, but it's TRUE!. Don't set yourself up for an eating disorder!. And don't just read over this post, thinking "Oh it won't happen to me", because at the rate you're going, IT WILL!.

You need a bigger breakfast and dinner!. You need to eat more frequent meals, also!. Try eating 5-6 times a day!. Three meals and 2 -3 snacks, like a banana or a blueberry smoothie!. Your breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day, and watermelon, which has hardly any calories, is definitely not a good option - At least, not by itself!. Try eating some light brand bread and sugar-free jam for toast in the morning to go with it, or a whole-grain high-fiber cereal!. Or make a baked potato, a medium sized one is only 110 calories, and you can spray some no-calorie butter spray on it!. Pair it with a dannon's fit and light yogurt, only 60 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your exercise is good, but you're eating too little!. Add more protein and fiber! You're going to get hungry fast!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
