I've lost my dieters mojo, how can I get it back?!

Question: I've lost my dieters mojo, how can I get it back!?
Briefly: I am a fatty, lost 2 stone but couldnt keep going, went to Docs got Reductil, lost another stone in 10 days, fell ill and went into hospital, came off Reductil as too ill!. Awaiting full diagnosis but have massive obstructive kidney stone which may have caused complete kidney failure on one side, this would mean general anaesthetic to remove it!. Came home, got back on Reductil with hospitals blessing, not working at all this time, eating like an idiot and back to see Dr for repeat prescription tomorrow having lost 1 stone and put half of it back on!.
Why can't I get it together!?!?!? Why has it stopped working!? AAAAAAGGGH!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have an answer here!.!.!. you need to just 'STOP'and think rationalyy about things!.
The stresses you are putting your body under whilst you are not well!.

The reason is why is it not working is ARRRGGGHHHH you are not in teh right place to do it!.
Have a short break get back on your feet get some counsewlling and support and then start again!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to hear about your disaster, and ill health!.

There is a new diet pill, which attracts the fat from what you eat!. It's called Formoline!.

Seems to work for most people, worth asking your doctor about it, and whether it will agree with you!.

And putting the fattest photo you have of yourself on the fridge, is a good deterrent meanwhile!.

Good luck, sweetie!.

sometimes the body becomes used to a medication u use alot, causing it to not work, try a different type of medicine for your issue, see if that works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get well first!. Can't they zap your kidney stone with ultrasound!? I sympathise with your weight loss problems!. I didn't have masses to lose, but isn't it demoralising when it stops working!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it could be because you are using drugs to loose the weight- and your not altering your own lifestyle!. I don't know how much you weight, or your height or build, so this is probably going to be a bit out!. But say you wanted to loose 2lbs a week (which is a healthy and manageable long term goal that works because you are training your body to loose the weight- not just as a quick fix)

you should exercise for an hour a day, be it walking (briskly walking burns 300-400 cals) swimming (moderatly burns 500-600 cals) or biking (500 cals) and limit your intake to 1,500 cals a day (so a light lunch and dinner) that way you will burn 500/600 cals off and be able to loose 2lbs a week!.

It isn't the quickest way and not the easiest, but quick fixes don't work and this is a very healthy way of approaching weight loss!. If you are very overweight and have to have dr intervention, I suggest taking the Reductil AND trying what I have mentioned!.

I wish you the best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
