Eating Breakfast and Lunch ?!


Question: Eating Breakfast and Lunch !?
Hello, I do not eat breakfast and very rarely have lunch!. When I come home from work, i eat sugar foods, sweets etc!. But I then have low energy levels and fatigue!. What do you do and think i should do !? All answers are welcome =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

you NEED to eat breakfast and take a daily vitamin everyday!. i do not like to eat breakfast right when i get up because i have no appetite, but i force myself to eat a little something so i have some energy for the day!.if you don't have enough time in the morning to eat then either get up a little bit earlier or take a quick, on the go breakfast granola bar or fruit!. when you get home from work you need to eat real food, and leave the sweet snacks for after!. eating at the right time and the right foods will keep your level energy up and make you less tired!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you keep up that lifestyle choice it is very probable that within 5 years you will discover you have become diabetic!.

You need protein in the morning!. Your body will start to eat your muscle tissue if you dont start eating breakfast especially!.

For you health my #1 recommendation would be to eat a nice size breakfast loaded with protein!. Lunch is not as important but I would eat something at lunch involving fruit and or vegetables it will help curb those late night sugar rushes!.

Even if you REFUSE to eat breakfast at least try to have a protein shake in the morning and one at lunch!.

The least thing you should do is drink a slim fast at lunch and breakfast not to lose weight but just to get the protein and vitamins out of it!.

Take a viatmin everyday!.

Well even though you aren't hungry, you should eat breakfast!. I often skip it, because I really don't think it's that important!. But when I ate breakfast for like a week, I lost 10 lbs!. It was amazing!!! It's because it starts up your metabolism earlier in the morning!. I'd eat lunch if I were you, because when you don't it's causing your body to be extremely unbalanced!. That's why you want to eat sugar foods when you get home, because your body is in search of quick energy!. I'd recommend like, a banana in the morning for breakfast b4 work, maybe a sandwich and a pickle for lunch around 12-1, and some turkey/steak with corn and/or beans/mashed potatoes!.!.!. and for dessert maybe a small slice of red velvet cake (YUmm) Try to make your body's diet more balanced with all the food groups =] (I know that sounds really corny!.!. hahaha a food joke im so smart!.!.!. ok ill shutup now haha)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for starters, it's very unhealthy to eat only once a day!. I'm not much a breakfast person myself, so I buy those breakfast bars to just have something!. Lunch will give you energy for the afternoon!. The reason for your low energy and fatigue is that you're starving yourself all day then binging on junk when you get home because you're so hungry!. Stop with the sugary foods!. Eat real stuff!. Even if you have to buy some microwave SmartOnes, Healthy Choice, or Lean Cuisines!. Anything is better than that junk because after the burst of energy, you will crash every time!.

You should try and eat breakfast and dinner, and make it balanced too!. This will maybe sort your tiredness out and your fatigue!. I never really used to eat breakfast but I try to now, As I was always feeling dizzy and sick like i was going to pass out!. I know some people can't eat when they first get going in the morning!. But within 2 hours after getting up you need to eat something even if it's 8 almonds/walnuts, just to get your system going!. Lunch can be as small a piece of fruit and a breakfast bar!. But you really should eat a well balanced dinner and leave off the sugar until 30 minutes after dinner but no more than 2 hours before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I dont want to sound like your mom, but a healthy breakfast is very important!. It is very important that you eat breakfast otherwise you wont be able to make it through the day!. Try doing some research online about healthy foods that taste good!. Yes I know its hard to believe but it is possible!. Lets see for breakfast today I had bacon and eggs!. It tasted good and I didnt crash later today!. Dont try to just eat sugar!. Sugar is bad for you in large amounts!. So tomorrow when yo grab for that bag of chips, add some salsa and guac!. For lunch have a sandwich or something!. Plus: eating less sugar gives you better skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you should begin with a meal in the AM, if you do not like 'breakfast' ie!.!. pancakes, eggs, and such, just eat anything but sweets!. Try to cut back on the sugar stuff, it is doing you more harm than good !. Heck most days, I cook dinner for the family, but I will not eat if it is after 7 pm!. I will eat my dinner for breakfast the next day!.

Eat breakfast!. It really is the most important meal of the day!.

Have an apple or oat bar!. They are great for on the go!.

Have lunch too; some fruit with a Turkey sandwich would be ideal!. Make sure the sandwich has some sort of vegetable of it!.

And, as for when you come home, if you have been eating beforehand (Breakfast & lunch) you won't feel the urge to eat so much!. Just try not to buy all the junk food!. This will make you choose to eat healthily when you are hungry and come home from work!.

Eat whole grains, vegetables, fruits, lots of protein!.

Breakfast is the most IMPORTANT meal of the day so I highly recommend eating Breakfast!. For lunch i would having something not to big!. The sugar snacks don't help!. For dinner you should drink a glass of water before dinner!. For desert you shouldn't eat after 9 because its slows down you digesting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not eating at the proper times, and sugar only gives you short energy bursts!. You need breakfast, and lunch!. You need protein and proper carbs instead of just sugar!. Breakfast is important!. Even if you have some fruit it's better than nothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your going to skip breakfast and lunch, well i dont know what to tell besides atleast eat like a power bar or something!. food is turned into energy by our bodys or atleast drink a gatoraid or something with alot of carbs to keep you goinWww@Answer-Health@Com
