How long will it usually take to get back in shape or get a six-pack?
Around a month I am looking for.
Answers:
If you work out consistently (4-5 days/week) and have strong cardio/training sessions, it takes 2 weeks or a little over to start getting back into shape. But it also takes 2 days to fall out of shape...so be careful. As for the 6-pack-that all depends on where you start, but if you work hard and give your abs a rest every other day, you should start seeing results in about 4 weeks.
