Ok, so im 11!. I want to lose weight! I'm not going to say how much i weigh because its embarrassing!. I get hungry quite often, I want a healthy snack so i dont gain much weight!.!.!.Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

And eating fruit is good because they have!.!.!.what are they called!.!.!.like!.!.!.!.empty calories!. where even though an apple can have 50 calories, they don't really stick to you and make fat!. So yeah!.!.!.fruits and veggies all the way!!! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all at 11 you should not be worrying that much!. but here are some ideas any way
eat fruit it is sweet but good for you too!.
vegetables esp!. celery because you burn more calories eating it than it contains
and when you really need sugar try spreading cool whip between two graham crackers and freeze it!. it taste just like an ice cream sandwich but it is better for you
