Ugh i really need help.?
i have less than 20 days to lose 5 pounds. the last 2 days have been wasted. i really need help. i know i need to take in less calories and exercise more. but i need some inspiration. i'm having trouble following through with it because i don't have a plan. can anyone give me a plan to eat 1200-1500 calories a day? i'm a vegetarian.
Answers:
Eat smaller meals throughout the day (5-6 meals)
Breakfast:
Dannon light n fit yogurt with handful of blueberries/rasberries (or any fruit).
Or
Quaker Oat Instant Oatmeal Lower Sugar with blueberries/rasberries (or any fruit).
Or
2-3 egg whites with any veggies you want (broccoli, or asparagus, mushrooms, whatever) with a piece of whole wheat bread
Snack:
red. fat wheat thins with a light laughing cow cheese.
Or
baby carrots and hummus
Or
Piece of fruit
Lunch:
tuna sandwich with any toppings (hold mayo) wrapped in iceberg lettuce.
bag of air popped popcorn, or pirates booty (or any little bag of something)
veggie stir fry
Snack:
As before, use your imagination.
Handful of nuts
Or
Vitamuffins (find them in grocery stores -pretty good, very nutritious...the vitatops have only 100 calories and lots of fiber)
100 calorie packs (they have everything in this now!)
Dinner:
Salmon with broccoli
veggie stir fry
guacamole, chips, black beans, lowfat cheese
snack (if you need it):
skinny cow desserts
vitatops
sorbet
teddy grahams
100 calorie packs (hostess, chips ahoy)
tea
low sugar hot chocolate

drink lots of water, skip soda-if you must, go diet.
whatever you do, dont go below 1200 calories and dont starve yourself.
workout, workout, workout.
