14, 5'4", and 132 pounds! I just followed someone's advice on here, and GAINED weight!. I NEEEEEEEEED to lose 10 pounds ASAP!. Please tell me what to do (besides puke or starve!.)

I can only exercise for no more than 2 hours a day cuz I have to do 36 hours of community service, and the judge is making me take anger management classes!.

This may sound a bit crazy, but I've found that a good way to healthily lose weight while cleansing your body is a juice fast!.
A juice fast can be undertaken over anywhere from a few days to a month and weight loss is outstanding!. Despite what people say, if you gradually ease back onto eating healthy food, it is rare that weight will pile back on again!.

If juice fasting is not for you, you could try a detox!. Detox diets involve eating organic vegan food and abstaining from caffeine, drugs, smoking etc!.

There are plenty of good websites and books on both topics!. Note that when you undertake any plan to lose weight, often you will gain a little weight as you cut back calories, because your body is trying to make sure you don't starve!.

Losing 10 pounds in 4 weeks is a realistic goal!. Eat 5 or 6 small meals with the calories divided evenly, this will stimulate you metabolism!. Eat high protein, moderate carbs and low fat diet!. Good protein sources are turkey, chicken (skin removed), tuna, salmon, lean pork, lean beef/buffalo, and tofu are some options!. As for carbs, whole wheat bread/pasta, brown or wild rice, oatmeal, corn, potatoes, yams and beans are some good options!. Eat lots of fruits and veggies as they will aid in digestion and it has vitamins and minerals for proper body functions!. Exercise one hour a day, do both resistance training and cardio!. You can do one hour of cardio one day and the next day do one hour of resistance training or you can mix it up, like half hour of cardio and half hour of resistance training!. Take 2 days off a week for recovery!.

2 hours is plenty of time a day to workout so don't worry about that!. If you need to lose fat around the stomach area, then ab exercises are the best!. Crunches and situps and go until you can hardly get up off the ground!. It sounds insane but I've worked with people who did that and they had amazing results!.
